I'm Dr. Duan.

I'm a board certified psychiatrist in New York City who provides psychotherapy and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in reproductive psychiatry and women's mental health across the lifespan. Other areas of expertise include: ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, interventional psychiatry, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC patients & much more.

As a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at New York University Grossman School of Medicine, I am sensitive to the academic and career challenges that undergraduates, graduates, and professionals face.

I approach the art and science of psychiatry from a stance of reverence and curiosity. Through this exciting, collaborative work, I have developed a profound respect for each person's unique circumstances, strengths, and goals.
